I think All in one SEO pretty much does SEO like optimizing your title for search engine, automatically generate your metatags, meta description and meta keywords also with this plugin you may avoid duplicate content on your wordpress blog.

There are plenty of SEO addons but one i would suggest is 'Twitter tools' everytime you make a blog post on your forum it will automaticly make a tweet on your twitter, i've noticed ive had more visitors because of it, and once its set up thats it
