If you have a site in the niche "insurance", Then search on google for "insurance link exchange" and you will find hundreds of sites where you can get backlinks associated with your niche.

Link exchange is the process in which webmasters agreed to post their site's link on each others sites.
This way, both parties can benefit from it.

When doing link exchanges, make sure you do not post links on your website that may take visitors away or take away from your content. You should have links that enhance your content and make your visitors experience unique. For example if you sold computers you would not want to exchange links with competitors that also sold computers.

Also, always do your homework on a site that wants to exchange links with you. If you are going to link to a website then in a way you are supporting that website and putting your sites reputation on the line.

Never ever did link exchange, Never found an advantage of Exchanging links with other. I tried with free blogs but in 2-3 months links of mine were removed. So thats Link Exchange?

Trading links is an easy way to build up your blogs with very little work. Although i have a backlink list that is very good.

However, Google doesn't allow to exchange links so it is black hat technique. But if yo are doing 3 way link exchange then it is hard to find what you are doing exactly by Google.

However, if you are doing link exchange then the main thing is to find related webmasters who agree to exchange links with your site.

Instead, what I do is I use blogs and forums for link building and it works good for me.

so here is what i know about link exchange:

A link exchange is a confederation of websites that operates similarly to a web ring. Webmasters register their web sites with a central organization, that runs the exchange, and in turn receive from the exchange HTML code which they insert into their web pages. In contrast to a web ring, where the HTML code simply comprises simple circular ring navigation hyperlinks, in a link exchange the HTML code causes the display of banner advertisements, for the sites of other members of the exchange, on the member web sites, and webmasters have to create such banner advertisements for their own web sites.

According to me Link exchange is the exchanging the links.Means one give his link to second and second will give to first.Link exchange is of three types:

One way
two way and
Three or Multi way

In one way we create our website link in other website.
In Two way we create link of our website in other website and other create his link in our website.
in Three way we create our website link in second website and second website will not create link in our website but in third website.This is called three way or Multi way Link Exchange.

Yes,I am aware from all link ways but among those one way links is better than others.
