What's the largest mysql database you ever seen?

I've personally run a few with results in the hundreds of thousands but don't think I've seen over a million, I guess it would be a nightmare to work with databases that size due to the time waiting for smaller queries to complete if they aren't optimized to run correctly and efficiently.
