Default Which Ad format is best?

Well many of us making money from Google Adsense and I always check different size and position and my use of 2 years of Adsense I must say that 300 x 250 is best Ad format for me and If we blended it very well with site then we can easily archive 7-5% CTR from it!

Tell me your experience with Google Adsense!

I use the Blogger platform and I integrate Adsense as "widgets".

I have placed ads on the places where it gets the most exposure. Take a look here:

    Top Vacation Destinations

336X280 has made me more money then anything else. 300X250 is ok too.

I don't really think their is a best ad format, it's more about positioning combined with ad size, if your ads are on the left then users will see them but will they want to move their mouse the whole way across the screen to click on them? Where as if they are positioned to the right of the screen then they will probably be more likely to click them as this is the side of the screen they use their mouse to scroll with.

I think the most succesful location which convert the best is above the main content. You may put the large rectangle (336 x 280). It proofs to bring high CTR. It is the area which people will notice first when the page load up or when people read an article. And you may use image or text ads with this format. The choice is yours depends on your content. The other best ad format is Leaderboards, you could put it around header area. Or if you like to use in sidebars, use skyscrapers format, as most of websites use these days.

Yeah like the other post above says, I also have had success with the 336X280. It must be the perfect size or something lol
